Depending on whether you have private or statutory health insurance and which services you want to use, the billing modalities are different.

Privately insured persons, beneficiaries or supplementary health insurance companies can settle the treatment costs with the health insurance fund. Please bring a recipe. Check with your private health insurance company in advance about the reimbursement. Insured persons in the statutory health insurance fund can benefit from our benefits as self-payers. Billing takes place after treatment date. Since we always want to ensure a successful treatment, the duration of treatment is 55 minutes per appointment. We would be happy to advise you on your recipes.

For privately insured persons , treatment in the field of osteopathy is possible without a prescription and is billed via the Heilpraktikergebührenordnung (GeBüH) – please clarify in advance which services your health insurance covers in individual cases. For persons with statutory health insurance, the treatment is in some cases covered by health insurance (please check with your health insurance company). In this case, you will need a private prescription from your doctor. The costs for legally insured persons and self-payers (no prescription necessary) are 110-120 euros per treatment. The duration of treatment is individually tailored to your personal requirements and is usually between 40 and 70 minutes.

All laboratory services are external services and will be billed directly to you by the respective laboratory. Which services are covered by your statutory or private health insurance or supplementary insurance in individual cases, please clarify with your insurance companies on the basis of your individual laboratory diagnostic plan.

For all other services such as chiropractic, CMD therapy, infusion therapy, micronutrient therapy, kPNI (clinical psycho-neuro-immunology) and nutritional immunology, the following applies: Statutory health insurance companies and substitute health insurance companies usually do not reimburse the costs of treatment by alternative practitioners. In the case of private insurance funds or private supplementary insurance, the treatment costs are only reimbursed within the framework of your individual insurance contract – in most cases not for all medical procedures. As a rule, the full amount will not be refunded. Invoices for private cost bearers are billed according to the scale of fees for non-medical practitioners (GebüH of 1985), at least at the maximum rate. Created invoices cannot be changed. Please inquire in advance with your insurance company about the assumption of the costs. In any case, our fee entitlement exists in full – regardless of any health insurance benefits and/or allowances provided.
